I wonder how RBS managed to pay back £163 billion pounds of taxpayers money? Oh I know: they increased the APR on my NatWest Visa credit card every six months, and increased the rate of interest on my overdraft facility four times, and increased the monthly fee on my 'packaged' bank account.

Easy when you know how eh
