    Roomtobreathe's UE Diary - Mrs RTB's Barclaycard CC

    Any developments from this thread about Mrs RTB's Barclaycard CC will be recorded in here so I don't get confused!

    As things stand I've just sent them a CCA request so we'll see what they come up with.

    19/01/2012 - CCA request
    27/01/2012 - letter from barclaycard, dealing with above CCA request
    03/02/2012 - statement
    03/02/2012 - letter from Calders, pay up usual threats
    09/02/2012 - letter from BCard, can't find original credit agreement
    09/02/2012 - recon of so called terms and conditions, still no signed CCA
    02/03/2012 - letter from Robinson Way demanding full payment.
    1st April 2012 - letter from BCard, formal demand for payment

    Seems that Mercers have buggered off and the baton has been passed to Calders. Given that BCard haven't come up with the goods re CCA then what gem should I send them?

          09/02/2012 - letter from BCard, can't find original credit agreement

          What a crying shame!

          Letter does say they are now suspending the account as they think I might not cough up, even though they've not received a penny since September last year. I think they my be right in that.

          Let's hope they default asap as I've just realised they haven't defaulted yet.

          Two down, three to go.

                        Nope, Barclays, Lloyds and Natwest all do similar......

                              Yea, thanks FP. It strikes me as strange that they've conceded very quickly here yet on another diary it took them 18 months!

                              They must know as well cos I'm not being hassled at all.....
