                    Firstly helmsman you will still have your step as long as you want it, and don't worry about it being a year. Its one you can clock off to being Statute Barred now.

                    We're actually2 years with no payment (Aug 2009), 16 DCAs and 3 solicitors practices down the line including scumbag Scotcall and their associates Resolvecall. We still have our doorstep. A standard bugger-off or else letter sees them away.

                        Just wondering if Paul had come back to you about this if he hasnt yet no probs. Also letter from Nat Pest regarding complaint about receiving someone elses SAR really just saying it was a mistake they apologised have confirmed my SAR was sent to someone else and it has been destroyed. Still have not received all my SAR details so have made a second complaint to ICO about this.

                          The ICO / FOS will award upto £300 for this error so complain about the data going missing to the FOS as well mate as they will award for loss of personal data
