If it was me, i'd blag it for now and see what they send next.... easy to back out and make an offer of repayment if that is something you feel you need to do...

Unfortunately this was just too-new and is enforceable. All the PT's are present with a good CCA to boot.

Hi - had an account and agreement checked - in an affordable payment plan with capquest with no missed payments.

Out of the blue hl legal - acting for scotcall are threatening a door step visit!!?

Sorry but I've done the letter and I was checking for the Scotcall address but noticed at the bottom that it says that all correspondance should be directed to CapQuest.

I'm confused - letter from HL Legal stating that they are sending dorr stop agents Scotcall but correspondance should go to capquest?

Am I missing something? Is this an attempt by Capquest to get me to call and pay them a bigger amount each month?

Jan 2012 - Moorcroft chasing for reason why I think I'm not liable for the account -IGNORED
June 2010 - letter from Lloyds telling me that the account has been passed to iQor - ignored

Letter received today from iQor - telling me that they'll commence recovery whether i read the noticed or not.

what do it send?

Probably. I'd send the letter to Scotcall if you have the address. If not then to HL Legal and they can pass it on to Capquest or Scotcall.

I wouldn't worry too much about a doorstep visit. I've had lots of threats and only 1 visit in 2 years...and he soon went away when I shut the door in his face

Fab - sent that letter to iQor. Thanks for your advice. The previous letter from HL Legal only had Capquest address on it so sent it back there. I know the monthly payments are up to date so maybe they got peed that £100 on £14k wasn't good enough anymore..............

Now a letter from gpb solicitors on behalf of iQor asking to make payment before proceedings - says that they will not enter into correspondence with me but I am to contact iQor. And to contact iQor to avoid further action......
