I have given you clear warning not to call and if you chose to ignore that warning then be it on your own head but don't think that will be the end of things, I will take legal action against you because I deny any access to any part of my PRIVATE dwelling to anybody linked with, associated with or indeed from Scotcall or your subsidiaries.

    I have a letter from the original creditor telling me they cannot locate the alleged agreement ergo they, nor you or anyone else, can enforce this as the provisions of s.127 protects me in such matters.

    I suggest you also familiarise yourself with the Consumer Credit Act at the same time you check out the meaning and definition of 'Trespass'.

    Be warned, do not call at my home address or suffer the consequences.

    Another top letter Niddy, let's see how they like the content of it and indeed their response.

    Just to add Niddy Mint/rbs have never admitted they don't have an original thay just sent a recon. This account is now on its 5th DCA

      Hiya all, update on my Mint card.

      After sending Niddys letter above, ScotCall have responded by saying that despite numerous opportunities no proposals to repay have been received and unless payment is made they will have no option but to return the account to their client and recommend that they take further action. No mention of Nids letter though but it obviously did the trick

              Their letter says account on hold whilst they request the CCA from MBNA, i have already given them a copy of MBNA's letter saying that they don't have a complete copy. Will wait to see what comes next

              Found my diary sitting quietly on page 5, suppose thats good means im not getting mithered to much these days

              Just one update to post on my MBNA card which was sold to Arrow Global. Arrow have obviously been in touch with MBNA and have now sent me a copy of my signed application form and customer declaration conditions. They say this is the agreement and now welcome my proposals for repayment. MBNA sent these to me back in Oct 2010 and Niddy deemed them Unenforcable!! I did send Arrow a copy of MBNA's letter stating that they cannot locate a complete copy of the agreement, and this is how they reply

              Should i send them a final response 'bugger off' template or see what they send next?

                I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.                     Morning all,

                    I have just noticed on the above letter from Arrow that it says the account is being operated on their behalf by TESSERA (anyone dealt with these?) and all further enquiries should be directed to them. I have had no correspondence from Tessera, so should i wait to hear from them or still send the above template to Arrow?

                        Hiya all,

                        Out of the 5 creditors i still have oustanding this one is the only one i am paying into and still paying £52 a month. I need to get this right down to maybe a £1 per month. Best to just reduce my standing order to £1 and wait for the threats to start flooding in or start blagging it? This Egg loan was deemed by Niddy over 2 years ago now!

                            Just change to SO to £1pm and use our template (general debt section of main site templates) and adapt it to suit the fact you're reducing payments. Or stop and see what they do

                                Well it's only taken iQor 7 months to respond to account sold/doorstep visit letter I sent them. They have sent me a letter basically asking for £1 to complete my request also sent me a txt today asking me to contact them... Errr don't think so

                                Will just ignore me thinks?
