Your case is unlikely to still be with Restons as Cabot no longer instruct them. The case will probably have been transferred from Restons to Mortimer Clarke or be in a limbo.

Hi Jo, we spoke a few weeks back were you confirmed that this case has now been discontinued. What a fantastic result and a massive thank you to everyone involved. This was the biggest debt (10k) that I had hanging over me since I started my UE journey 10 years ago. Such a relief it’s now been put to bed.

Hi all,

Just a quick hello. Nearly 8 years on my UE journey now and nothing to report. Most things are SB and my case with Restons has been stayed since November 2015. Suppose it can rear it's ugly head anytime, so not counting my chickens just yet.

Hi all,

6 years 7 months down the UE line now and all my defaults no longer appear on my credit file and all but one is now statute barred and one claim has been at 'stayed' status for 15 months. I cannot even remember the last time i received a letter from anyone. I really cannot believe how quickly the time has gone since i started my journey. Wishing everyone well
