Our cient has been made aware of the reason why your account is being closed and returned to them"

          Had a response re Barclaycard 2 today from B card
          " I see from our records that a final response was issued to you on 30 November 2011" (oh)
          As confirmed in our letter we believe your credit agreement to be properly executed and fully compliant with the Act and any allegations that it is not will be opposed. Your References to S 127 (3) are therfore irrelevent.

          They go on to say that with regard to the oft they do not hold the account to be in dispute and although they have complied with my s78 request i appear to under the misconception that they have not dealt with the request in a timely manner .

          then there is a 3 page letter explaining s78 and say they are fully compliant and i should continue to pay the debt on my account.

          I have checked back to the dicument they sent it was 18 November 2010 and Nid demmed ti to be UE as he said it was a signed copy of an application form although they say it is a recon. Included on their covering letter for that date they include a statement of account. As this was on the old site i can resend if that helps

                      "Westcot are specialist in collection an i should contact them immediatley to avoid further action"

                      Last contact on this account was in August 2011

                                Received today CCa from shop direct

                                It is a blank document with no names dates address signature or anything else just the document.

                                Is "blank document recieved " correct to send back?
