    You can ignore this letter, the reason no reference is because it is based round you as a customer, and not account specific.

    Don't worry, just file it away with the other "spam"....

          Mercers letter 10.1.11
          48 hrs to pay or doorstep visit

          doorstep template sent to them.



          BARCLAYCARD 1

          Calders letter received 15.1.11

          7 days to pay or doorstep visit( the letter dated 6.1.11)

          "in dispute with Barclaycard" template ready to go.

                Final response received and ignored as advised

                Mercer threat on 10.1 2011

                Doorstep letter sent.

                Recieved Calders letter today

                "You have failed to contact us or pay the full outstanding balance"

                MUST PAY WITH IN 7 DAYS

                This is the first Calders on this account so i couldnt have got on touch anyway.
                originaly they sent T and Cs with a letter to say they have completed their obligations

                Now have sent "sold while in dispute" to them with regard to barclaycard 1 do i do the same for this acccount?

                        Sent to Calders 24.1.11 "in dispute with barclaycard" letter.They singed for it on 25.1.11

                        Received today from Calders "notice of intention to sell your debt" and have returned to barclaycard.
                        Amount due £679.00
                        My original limit was £4,000.00 now stands at £5,079.26.

                        Any response ? thank you
