        post 228 received 4 x default notices (dffierent amounts). 4 feb they will not persure the debt today the same 4 defaults, will deffo ignore, are they mad!!!!!

          NDR sent a statement today as shop direct said they will not pursue do i need to send anything back or is this just normal and ignore ? cheers

              Bal £1,891,54 (originaly £1,500.)
              From Westcot today photo copy of what looks like application form headed 'simply sign and return'
              also has a small box at the side can just about make out credit agreement.
              CCA requested 15.5.2010
              recieved T n C
              Last letter from Westcot was Final Notice 9.01.2012
              Replied with in dispute template . 12.1.2012

              Their letter

              We refer to your recent communication regarding the above account please find enclosed a copy of the agreement as requested.
              Payment is now required

              do i need to upload to Nid ?
              if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

                      Hi
                      can i just ask a question ? i am going to post missing prescribed terms to Westcot as advised. I am assuming that at the begining of the letter i put the date which i actually sent to barclays for my CCA which was 15.5.2010 and not the date of my last letter to westcot which was in dispute template 12.1.2012. sorry if its a daft question but need to be sure

                                Sent for CCA from CAPITAL ONE

                                recieved recon with no signature by them or me

                                separate terms of your Card no signatures

                                Also a singed copy of the application form

                                Should i reply with "signed application form recieved"

                                have been looking around and these look like the ones recieved by others.
