    Thank you Nid yea that doesmake sense i will forget the claim for now and reclaim round probs easter time ? I have had lots of worry with DD and still do tho noone would know she is not quite herself ,only a mom can see it. So i await the Bryan carter reply and continue UE from here.     Oh and yes the PPI would clear the debt i think so worth trying again as you say.x

        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.           HI tried and have been refused PPi refund by Cap One and FOS due to time frame. Sent off Nids letter post 403.

          Received today from Feds

          Despite a recent letter frm Bryan Carter you have failed to discharge your debt with our client Capital One. We are prepared to offer you one final opportunity to pay before recommending to our client that they instruct solicitors to issue a claim at:

          At this late stage and as a gesture of goodwill we are prepared to accept a F&F on this account provided you contact us on 0845.......
          within 48hrs of this letter.

          I also sent a copy of Nids letter to Freds.

                              LBA threat o gram sent on 20 march

                              from Freds today

                              "We have been advised by our client that they have complied with your request for documentation under the CCA act 1974 on 09JULY 2012 and sent you a reconstituted copy of the origina agreement . Please see attached copy of the letter that was sent to you by our client .

                              All further queries in reference to te documents provided must be sent directly to our client and afee may apply.


                              IN the meantime we look forward to your proposals for payment."
