    Just an update still nothing ......yet.....can always hope they have forgotten about me
    if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

          Twin letters today for bar and barclaycard 1 and barclaycard 2

          Formal Demand for payment

          "As yu have not complied with the recent default notice the balance now due in full"

          interest will continue to accrue

          to contact them or debt collector may call or they may issue court proceedings.

          Barclaycard 1 original balance £1,500. now £1,855.96

          Barclaycard 2 original balance £4,250. now £5,079.26
          must pay by 8 March 2011.

                  they look like a standard printout saying a formal demand and that i must contact them in 7 days or collector MAY call or court proceedings MAY be issued.
                  i have already sent "sold whislt in dispute" to then some time ago so do i resend?

                      moorcroft are really good at demanding action on timelines, if you've sent the sold in dispute I would just ignore for now. You could send the letter telling any collector to bugger off????
