April 20th - Letter from NCO Resolve warning that if I fail to repay the amounts due they will take steps to terminate my loan agreement and register a default with the Credit Reference Agencies.

That's good to see, at present they are all UE because CCAs haven't been supplied within 12+2 days. You will need to review when you receive any agreements as they can supply them at any time.

you keep those letters very safe. mark on the envelope when they were received, then if anyone starts getting heavy they can be used to slow things down
