I'm still at my desk thinking about all the accounts that I'm not paying at the moment because I dont have the money any more an a thought occured to me.
I know that they are allowed to default us , as the courts have said that it's a statement of fact that we have had the money, but on the other hand I'm sure they have had far more from me in interest than the current balances. As we have no formal agreement, why can't I say I'll pay you back the amount if you refund me the interest paid??
I'm sure there must be reasons, but as it stands it's abit one sided.
