Hi Niddy and all -
I am asking for a bit of advice on which way to go with a matter between me and the above bunch of scum. In January 2010 I issued a s78 request and received a lot of rubbish back from them, just a signed application card and some pre printed T&C's. Since then this has been passed around various collection scum (Clarity, CARS, Circuit, SRJ, Jefferson Capital) in an attempt to recover a debt that is clearly UE.
I have just checked my credit file with experian and it shows the current balance marked satisfied. Obviously they have written the debt off, but appear to have sold it onto a DCA who have then sold it on and on etc. The latest being SRJ who are bombarding me with texts phone calls (non of which I answer or respond to) and now today the first letter referral for litigation
Do I write back to them and point out that it is marked satisfied on my credit report, it is UE and tell them to do one.
Or just ignore them
Any advice greatly appreciated.
