thanks for the welcomes, great forum, been reading Niddys posts for some time.

I just uploaded some docs to the secure area, hopefully put the key bits in a diary if it helps anyone else.

      Thanks

        Hi & welcome

        Replied

A diary would be good. The Barclays stuff is obviously unenforceable (well done) as they admit they've sent a recon and will try and send the original when they get a copy (never)!

However as you're bang up to date with payments, is it worth going down the UE route? Thus an update on your overall situation (as in a diary listing debts etc) would be useful cos right now, I would pay this if it's the only debt and no defaults. However, if you've 30 debts and 10 defaults or summat daft then that changes things somewhat and I would then send this back to Barclays (and stop paying as well) --> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk
