          My work rang at 6.30 Robinson way had phoned there left a freephone number to call so i did

          Really lost it with them told them to remove immediatly any phone numbers for me on the systems."havent heard from you " she said. i know they have cos tracked the letter and seen the signature. I also said i did not work there anymore

                received today fron AIC "Accknowledge of complaint" which they are looking into investigating my concerns.Once compleated they will write again.Oh goody

                      Today letter to say they are noting and making enquires into my dispute and will cease collection activities . i will await the next

                        I think I am on DCA number 6 at the moment for our Barclaycard Nanna.......wonder how many more they will pass us on to.!!

                            I've only had 3 DCAs chasing my Barclaycard & have heard nothing for a year. Just shows how differently accounts get treated.

                            Hope i haven't tempted fate though.

                                this is for barclaycard 1 response from AIC today.Barclaycard sent ts and cs in reponse to CCA request july 2010

                                Dear Mrs
                                I write in respect to your complaint letter received 14 july 2011

                                Your Complaint
                                -------------------

                                you advise that this account is formally in dispute with Barclaycard and has been since they failed to acknowledge your request made under s78 of the CCA act. (quotes of the act as in template)
                                You expest us to write back and cinfirm that no further action will e taken.
                                Background/Circumstances
                                ----------------------------
                                they then say they treat complaints seriously Here is what they have found
                                Our client Barclaycard have confirmed their concerns department responded to your complaint on 20 July 200 and they have not received any further contact from you.Your account was sent to AIC on 28 June 2011 to being collection activities (begin i think they mean)
                                Since that time we have sent you one letter dated 28 June 2011 and no contact has been made with you by telephone(i think they have).
                                As such we do not beleive that this can be construed as harassment nor have we breached any of th regulations made in your letter.

                                We have requested a copy of documentation sent to you by Barclaycard .Once received they will send it to me directly.

                                Then they want me to contact them to arrange monthly payments

                                with oncome and expenditure details (no way )
                                I am allowed to contact FOS. I am to treat this as their final response and they hope they have addressed my concerns.

                                Should i ignore? Oh they also include an address and name i can contact if i am unhappy with their response
