        Bright yellow card headed WARNING
        usual text pay up, call us immediatly
        do i send Account sold letter? Bit jumpy with these as i have read they are a nasty bunch. Thank you xx

                      If they ring again, either ignore the call, or if you feel you have to answer it say, "Sorry. I can't take your call. In future please put everything in writing for the avoidance of doubt." Then put the phone down. If they continue to pester, then I suspect you'll be advised to send a Harassment by Telephone letter. If necessary, copy that down and have it by the phone ready to read out - I know a few people who do this.

                          Dear All,

                          Just came back to update the diaries and in less than a week this thread has jumped 3 pages and of that only 3 posts are actually relevant.

                          If you want to chat take it to the chat rooms, this utter waste of posts is not only stopping me from reading the diaries, but also i'm losing interest extremely fast - remember I read 100 diaries so how do you think it makes me feel having to filter out no less than 33 posts of utter rubbish that can be totally avoided (then times that by 100 - see my problem yet?)

                          Guys, last chance - use chat for chat, diaries ONLY for simple diary questions. If you cannot help then ignore the post and move on by.

                          In2Deep now manages the UE Diaries for us so leave him to reply, before you all jump in - it actually confuses things when you all "try" and help - its really having the reverse effect.
