    to Midas Credit services (as the letter was from them)regards to barclay cards 1 and 2.
    Letter from Moorcroft today 29.6.2011

    " We write with reference to your recently recevied letter and regret to advise you that we are no longer dealing with this account. For the avoidance of doubt you should resubmit your request to the client"

    do not want to start all over again

          Its a result - they've wimped out, well done

          As for a new DCA - sod em, we'll just beat them into submission as well.... considering 2 weeks ago they wanted to commence litigation to then today saying goodbye and "with regret" (cheeky b'stards) - it's a mini result, no?

          I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

              or agree affordable payment plan.We may advise our client to start court action if the court considers failure to pay due to neglect an order for paymaent may be made.
              Then list what will happen if enforcent is made.
              I am then told" this account will continue to worry you" and wil not go away however much i want that to happen

                    Robbers way are nothing to worry about and I have found to be easy to fight off indeed with niddy's and this sites input you are in safe hands.

                        Yes, Robbers Way are one of the easiest to get rid of and certainly nothing at all to worry about. I always totally ignore the first letter from any new DCA as a matter of course. Thhey huff and puff a lot, but rest assured they are one of the more pathectic DCA's lurking at the bottom of the pond buying stuff nobody else wants anymore.

                        You'll be fine!

                          Yahnk you casper xx just a query i have a message on my ans machine from allied international asking me to ring. Have looked them up and they are a dca if i answer if they ring again any ideas how to deal with them? as i do not want then ringing. never dealt with them before many thanx xxxx
