    Well it looks like Wescot have decided to write to me after all.....in BIG RED LETTERS

    Re my LTSB cc, I must pay up in full or call them to discuss. Failure to do so will result in further action to recover the dosh..!!

        I've only spoke to them once (Stop calling me - and they've stopped) lol

          I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.             Hi Niddy.

            Received a letter from Moorcroft re our Barclaycard, basically saying 'that its a legal requirement to send a notice of intended litligation before legal proceedings in the County Court are issued. We belive that this letter fulfils this requirement even if its actually not read by you.'

            and see what happends next.

                      Moorcroft seem to be busy at the moment with their notices of intended litigation as I had one a couple of weeks ago (just checked and it's actually 5 weeks ago - where does the time go!) and I know alland's had one too.

                      I sent the letter suggested by Niddy and I haven't heard anything since (hope I haven't spoken too soon.)

                            Well done Elsie - what was that old saying 'don't let the bxxxx ' etc etc. I'ts probably the catch up from the many Bank hols. What would we do with out Nidd!!
