    Barclaycard 2

Letter received from Credit Solutions in response to our Account sold whilst in Dispute letter. They say:

I can confirm that in order to supply the information requested under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, we would require the sum of £1. (Which BC had in April 2010)

If you have recieved a copy of your T & C then please note that this documentation fulfills our clients obligations to provide you with copy of agreements/applications under the CCA 1974.

They also say that field agents will visit........Power2Contact also have written to say they will visit.

Will send a Threat of doorstep visit yet again, do I need to respond to Credit Solutions or just ignore. We did receive T & C last year, but nothing else.

Thanks Niddy. Your advice is much appreciated.

Will keep this letter in a very safe place for future reference if needed.

Great news on the letter! Keep it safe, very, very safe!

Hiya, after a year passes things will start to die down, then when you get to year 3 you'll only get one letter a year so this will become a distant memory! However, lets wait and see - long way to go (if they want to fight that is)

Glad it's all quiet for you, lets hope it stays that way for now! :niddy

Okay folks, I had to find myself on here, things have been so quiet that I was hiding on page 4 of the diaries.!!

Letter received from Apex re our LTSB cc, which Niddy deemed UE. This is an update so far with Apex.

23/12 Received letter from Apex saying they were acting as intermediaries between ourselves and LTSB - sent New Account sold whilst in dispute letter back

Jan/2011 Received letter back from Apex, saying they may go for CCJ etc, also enclosed was our Account sold whilst in dispute letter.!! Niddy said to send Threat of Litigation letter, but the following day received another letter from Apex saying that the account was now on hold and being passed back to client., so we didn't send the Litigation letter, Niddy said to wait and see what happens.

Latest letter is the same one that we received from them in December.

So what would anyone recommend that I send this time? I think it should be just the same reply as before. New Account sold whilst in Dispute letter, which was what Niddy said....

Totally confused.com........but then again I think so are Apex.
