    Balance approx £370 (not sure if its defaulted)
    Last full payment May 2008
    DMP cancelled February 2014


    10/1/14 CCA request
    20/1/14 Reply from Link saying they need to contact barclaycard to get the agreement.
    04/04/14 Link send CCA - emailed to Niddy

    20/1/14 Reply from Lowell saying they need to contact Aqua to get the agreement.
    13/2/14 Lowell letter saying account in hold till the can provide the agreement
    27/02/14 CCA from Aqua received - emailing to Niddy
    7/3/14 Niddy says. I will wait and see what happens with the other ones.

        Just creating a diary for my other half. We send CCA requests couple weeks ago, just waiting to see what happens.

              I have heard nothing from Link and Arrow. Lowell sent a letter saying account is on hold until the can provide the agreement from Aqua

                That's normal. Sit tight & de-stress. You're in control now and they know it
                I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.                     Well kinda, this was for my ex's debts and since he is an ex i stopped helping him sort them out Last i know he hasn't paid anyone for about a year. If you're "tidying" up feel free to archive this or delete it
