Hi All

Just become a pensioner and cannot see myself being able to maintain the monthly payments for this loan (£290 p.m.) I could possibly make a F&F settlement of about £4,000 but not sure if this is the way to go?

Best to wait for the response to the CCA request before sorting out which way to play it.
Have they supplied the agreement within the SAR?

Thank you for the warm welcome. I was just following Niddy's guidelines, so he's to thank for the apparent organisation.

I was really thinking out loud with the F&F. Yes thay did include the agreement am waiting to hear Niddy has to say about it. There is no amount, nor interest rate and no total APR quoted. So probably a good case for being UnEnforcable, we shall have to wait and see ........
