If you have sent this to LTSB, send GPB a copy with a short covering note.
It's an overdraft account and they have not acknowledged my od cca request instead they have sent their solictor onto me , so which letter do i send them, also the solicitor said they won't be corresponding with me about this matter and i have to send back to iqor .

For your overdraft, assuming that you have sent a request that Niddy has done for you, if they have failed to respond and are now sending solicitors letters, I would be inclined to send a letter to Iqor, demanding that they reply to your request ( attache a copy ) and to call off GPB until they do respond.

Send a copy of this letter to GPB.

yes and they have not written back to me they just instructed their solicitors to send a threatening letter.
But i think this is there standard bullying action when they first take over a debt as when i first joined this forum i got a letter from iqor saying they were acting for the ltsb, and so i reckon this is just their way of trying to bully me and i wonder if they have now received my cca request .

received a letter today from Halifax it goes like this

            Dear mr spent2much,

Further to our letter dated 19/07/12 , at the moment we are not able to provide a copy of the original signed agreement, however we can confirm that our procedure has always ben to obtain our custoner's signiture to an agreement containing the prescribed terms before entering into a credit card agreement. As such we are confident the agreement remains enforceable.

By providing you with the documents attached to our previous letter, we have satisified our obligation to provide a copy of the executed agreement under Section 78.

However ,even if an agreement is unenforecable , the contract still has legal effect and is not void, the lender is merely preventd from seeking an enforcement order from the court. It has always been signed by the customer before setting up a credit card account. Should this matter proceed to court we will adduce evidence to confrim this.

If you are using the services of a claims management company we would like to remind you of the warnings issued by the MOJ and CAB.

            more blah blah blah

so then what do we make of this guys ?

It's just a standard arrears notice that they're required by law to send.

                          It doesn't require a response
