The letter seems a tad long-winded.... and without re-capping on the thread, I'm unsure why you've decided to re-issue a PO.... ... but assume you have valid reasons.

I'd be more inclined to write something like:

I do not acknowledge any debt to your company.

Further to your most recent correspondence, please find enclosed a PO in connection with my request under the Consumer Credit Act 1974; dated xx/xx/xx

I trust there will be no further complications.

well i sent a postal order at the request of moorcrof for the overdraft cca, i know one isn't needed ,but they sent back saying they needed one to get the information i had asked for, so i sent one, then they sent it back saying it should be written out to their client lLOYDSTSB, so i asked on here what should do next and it was suggested to send them the postal order again telling them that its their client so they should be chasing it up and the postal order written out to moorcroft should be fine.

i dont mind sending that one it seems ok to me

I sent 3 postal orders out for the Hell of it after one of my creditors decided to play silly b*ggers and fob me off to two other companies within the group.

It's a long story but for the cost of £3.... it turned into a complete farce for them, as they had nowhere to run after that and nothing to fluff around with any longer either.

Sometimes you need to step outside of the box (so to speak) to show these idiots up for what they really are.

I will send the postal order the same one, it will be Monday now as we are going to the dales for two days with friends the first break since 2010 but thats another story too . ( I was lost in France should give you an idea )

received a letter from barclaycard saying they acknowlege reciept for information under 78 of the consumer credit act 1974 and they are dealing with the request and will respond as as possible .

keep getting calls from iqor/ltsb , hubby answered last night and said i will check if she is in , came back to the phone and said,please hold i will check the west wing . Then he left the phone on the side and very kindly let them listen to the tv while we went out to a friend's house for a meal
