    Hi All
    I received some great help and advise from Nid on the older forums. I'm relieved I have been pointed to the new forum to hopefully get some more great help.

    I recently sent a CCA request to tesco and have received a response but I'm not sure if its enforceable as T&C's dont seem to be part of the Sig page please advise if and where I can email the scanned documents for an expert view??

          EGG credit card taken out in April 2007 currently balance £7500

          Hi I received a reply to my CCA request form EGG all they have sent is what they describe as a true copy of my agreement with Egg.

          Document A - A copy of your original agreement which contains the original interest rates.
          Document B current terms and conditions

          What I have received is half a trees worth A4 printed paper. Document one is 5 pages long and looks like it has all the interest rate info spread across the 5 pages with tick boxes instead of signatures on page 5.

          Is likely to be enforceable ?
          Anything I can do ?

            This has a tick in the box so will be enforceable, plus it was taken out in 2007 - sorry, you cannot do much with this other than repay it. ;P-;
