    I have had some default on loan and cc, just thought it is about time to try the un-enforceability route.

    Llyods (Fairfax Solicitors): Status - Default 2011
    CCA sent out 28/08/13
    Response : Fairfax has passed the queries to Lloyds, account put on hold.

    Natwest: Status-Default 2010

    Well done on starting your diary...

    Would be best to have a separate post for each account.

    I see you sent Reminders on two accounts. If it were me I'd not chase them just wait, there in default of your CCA request by not responding.

      Progress on CCA

      So far Natwest is the only one that has responded back with something.
      However, they just sent a random terms and condition without my signature together with an account statement.

      My question to the house is; can they just send a terms and condition or it has to be the one i signed when taking up the loan.

      I will be very grateful for comments.
