A question you may or may not be able to help with..
I work for the local authority and have a statement of terms and conditions of employment, they are the original ones i have had since starting the job back in 2007.
I have never agreed as far as i am aware to any changes...

Just a question but I am sure it will be of use.
I know the oft ruled on credit card charges some time ago, was it 2006 ?

Anyway I know prior to that these charges could be pretty much anything the CC company wanted and I know so e were 25 or 30 and I guess some were much lower. However...

I have had some default on loan and cc, just thought it is about time to try the un-enforceability route.
