CCA signatures

I have received a copy of the CCA from the DCA Although it has my and the CCC name and address on it, it does not have a signature, nor signature box etc. It is a photocopy and they claim it is a true copy.

Question: Do they need to supply one with a signature? I was looking at using one of the 'unenforcable' templates.

I have had a letter from Moon Beaver giving me 16 days, this arrived on the 28th Nov. The account has gone, Citi to Opus - 1st Credit to Conaught and now Moon Beaver. The latter threatening court action on behalf of Conaught if I don't pay up.

Hi JoJo,
Unfortunately they are now allowed to send a reconstituted agreement in response to a s.77-79 CCA request. However it must be accurate and contain the prescribed terms relevant to when the account was opened etc.
