  • Credit Reports

    Hi guys
1st question is how do i go about getting my credit report , how much will it cost and do I need to get one from every CRA.

2nd question is how the hell do I read it, or would someone on here be able to read it for me (yes I can read but no idea what all the things mean)

    Re: Credit Reports

If you want to know what every CRA has on you, then yes, you will have to write to each one, enclosing £2 fee.

Instructions on how to read it are enclosed with each report.

Be aware that Experian (I think) informs your creditors that you have requested a report, so you may start getting post from DCA's you thought had forgotten you.

      Re: Credit Reports

Equifax (£2) and Call Credit (free via Noddle) are quite easy to read and can be applied for online.

However, WHY do you want them?? As Alan says, they could potentially alert your creditors.

            Re: Credit Reports

Thanks all. I will leave it at that I guess. All I really wanted to know was the date of default for each debt. And of course to see if they were on there so i could start running up more debt .
But true i have enough people after me without any more coming along

Oh and I just like it when you all talk to me
