As the title suggests, I'm wide awake, at nearly 4am! This may pose as a little problem in a few hours when I need to get up & get ready for work. And this is even after I've cut caffeine out, heaven knows what I'd be like if I had a caffeinated tea/coffee!

I have a lot of email accounts, both domain emails and web based, which I use for different purposes. For nine years now I have used Yahoo accounts for email transactions with commercial organisations which invariably send you a ton of unwanted messages. The useless spam filters are hardly a problem...

If you have an enforceable debt because they have either supplied a S77-79 compliant agreement or they are post 2007 and you are currently blagging it (or even making token payments)
Obviously you could do a CPUTR request to see if they have the original but is it worth sending a SAR...
