I've been on a DMP with one of the charities for over 5 years now. Things are not getting much better so I've finally decided to fully go down the UE route. I don't think I've much to lose now....

So I claimed Tax Criedts when my son was first born and supposivly the first year they told me I had an overpayment of 247.00 therefore I told them I don't want anymore payments from them

they said fine and that they would send out some sort of "giro" slip to collect the payments....

Well seems that we're now into year 6 - all the DCA's from the past are trying to make contact again, unfortunately for them - last time I communicated was in 2009 at which point I threatened a charge of £25 per letter which I am now invoking as a result of their inability...
