Not sure if this is the right place to post, but nearest I could find

Can someone tell me why quite a few of my emails from this site ( and one or two others ) seem to be landing in the spam box, Its quite worrying as I have now started checking . These emails are recognised contacts and some do land in the proper place, the inbox.

I guess that means you didn't get the email I sent you five minutes ago (it doesn't matter because I've found what I was looking for).

I understand that there is an email 'landing' problem with gmail accounts.

your lucky my emails from the site consist of , enlarge your manhood(I'm female), sexy hookup, bearing sales,copy designer watches and viagra
if anyone has sent me a valid email I've most probably deleted it !

You can never control spam 100% - we implement a lot of checks and run various scripts across our servers to stop spam and set our own accounts as active and permissive meaning that most mail should pass spam filters but some won't - Gmail is a nightmare (known fact) as they use SPF / DKIM properties and yes, whilst we also use such security measures because Gmail change them all the time it's hard to stay in front so to alleviate that I just say check your spam folder - it'd be a full time job for me to monitor and change our DNS each time Gmail gets paranoid and starts changing certificate keys for the SPF / DKIM elements.

So best advice is to check spam folder regularly and add the sender as a contact which will help.....

Thanks, and no I did n t get it but found it in spam .. and Jo having a problem too, I think I will swap things around a bit, its a pain but I do have others. They spam from recognised contacts such as yourselves, and I attempted to read the rules... gobbledegook but seems to be something to do with the amount sent, whatever I m not playing anymore.....Thanks anyway...

lot of AAD e-mail goes into my spam folder so I check regularly

The error Jo was getting was regards IPV6 (we use IPV4 but Gmail insists on IPV6 so we've literally just built and set all that up to stop bounce-backs).

It's nothing we're doing, it's a Gmail thing - we're trying to combat such issues but it's almost impossible to stay on top.

If you have an alternative address it's a good idea to mail Jo from it so she has it.

add the sender as a contact (ie webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk or whatever address is the sender)!

• Select contacts from the options on the left side of the Gmail Inbox.
• Select Create Contact on the top menu.
• Enter the email address in the primary email box.
• Select Save.

Well at least I m not alone, I think the simple answer is to have a different non gmail account, it does seem to be a recent issue.... pity they don t spam the adverts

This is an average day for me - get up, download a few thousand emails - work through them and then start all over again!
