    Outlook keeps asking for Network password

    Turned on my laptop this morning....

    Went to look at my e mails and Outlook keeps asking for my Network Password

    When I enter my password and press OK the box keeps popping back up ....not able to receive or send e mails

    Help please .........

    Not sure if its the same sort of thing,we had a frozen pop up a few weeks ago turned out to be a virus so had to reinstall our virus protection xx
    if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

      Are your settings right?

      Please clarify - what version of Office & what email you use (ie sky / BT) and I'll reply with the settings

      Its not a virus. Worse case, restore it to yesterday pre-update.
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        worked fine up until this morning

        Ive deleted the account and setting up another

        It's now asking me for me incoming mail server and outgoing mail server ????

                      when I click on the email icon it does nothing now .......wont even open
