  • City Cards transfer to Opus Card 21.11.2010

    Hi ;Hi

    Just a friendly reminder that those of you that currently have a valid Citi Card, and received a mailshot earlier in the year about it being transferred, please note the transfer date is 21st November 2010.

    From Citi: --->
    http://www.citibank.co.uk/personal/cards/
    Some Citi Card accounts along with any outstanding balances are scheduled to be transferred to the Opus Card on 21st November 2010. If you have recently received a letter from us confirming that your account will be included in this transfer and that you will be receiving a new Opus Card and PIN, both will arrive separately before the transfer is completed on 21st November.

    You will still be able to view your Citi Card account and past statements online until
    19th November. After this date you will need to go to the Opus Card website at http://www.opuscard.co.uk to view and manage your Opus Card account online.

    Please Note - You will not be able to view your past statements stored in Citi Cards Online after 19th November, so you will need to print or download your statements to your computer’s personal folders.
    From Opus: ---> http://www.opuscard.co.uk/
    Your Citi Card account will be transferred to Opus on 21st November 2010

    Opuscard.co.uk will be live on 21st November 2010 at which point you will be able to find out about the latest offers, subscribe to our email services and log in to your account to view your latest transactions or make a payment.

    You can continue to access your Citi Card account online until 19th November 2010 then you will need to re-register at opuscard.co.uk after 21st November 2010. Details of how to do this will be sent to you with your new Opus card. They can also be found on the reverse of your Opus statements, when you receive them.
    Most importantly, see the bold text below:
    Opus Credit Card is the trademark of Credit Card Asset Management Ltd (CCAM) which is used under licence by Bank of Scotland plc.
