I am now wondering if they are shortly to be coming to the conclusion of this, in regards of the comments sent last week of the emergency home cover, just had an email now, as he wants to double check on this.........here.

Thank you for your email and the attachments. I confirm that these have been added to the case file and will be available to the ombudsman.
You have explained that you had no use of the Home Emergency cover provided with the Premier account because you already held cover elsewhere at the point of upgrade. You have reiterated that the account was upgraded in branch by advisor to rectify payment difficulties and at this point the details of the account were not explained.
