    Thank you, I have already posted my 1st ever thread as wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who posts advice, armed with all this information I have now taken the plunge to challenge 8 PDL companies (totalling nearly 100 individual loans) during mid 2010 -2013, which has left me with 3 defaults with a collective balance of just over £400, shocking credit score & over £45k in repayments (including original loan amount). Feeling fairly confident I can demonstrated irresponsable lending but couldn't have even challenged it back then

            Hi Never In Doubt

            It is SnV that I have been researching before starting my complaints process as he gives clear advice and structure regarding PDL so I do feel I have a mentor to support me along the way. Everyone has been so welcoming

            My first experience of posting on a forum has been a great one so far
