12/5/11 Received letter from ARC, they are asking me to request CCA with OC. In the letter, ARC said they have returned £1 chq and there's no sign of it
6/6/11 send CCA request to OC whom is EGG
16/6/11 received CCA from Egg Loan
16/6/11 received letter from ARC
20/6/11 uploaded Egg CCA and letter from ARC in CCA secure section for Niddy's advise
21/6/11 Niddy advised to send CCA Query - Illegible Documents Received
28/6/11 Received letter from Egg Loan and only dated "June 2011"
Also received letter from Arrow Global

Hello Niddy And everyone!

Received letter from Egg loan and 1st letter from Arrow Global.
Egg did not reply to the letter Niddy advised "CCA Query - Illegible Documents Received".

Instead, Egg send "Important news from Egg Banking plc concerning your Egg Loan" and a letter from Arrow Global.

Please advise what to do next. Thanks bobo x

Looks familiar! Loadsa peeps have received these Boba. So far every version I've read has a different DCA appointed.

Arrow appear to be searching the sewers for as many DCAs as they can find. I guess they hope to deflect / spread the backlash around as much as possible.

They've sold thousands of accounts to arrow don't worry ignore them for now!!

Yes they are, however we've had a mad discussion about this - over here: Egg Loan Transferred to Arrow Global

But technically, as you've got a disputed CCA (i.e. s.78 request) then yes, it is classed as in default thus they cannot technically sell the account.....

16/5 Received letter from BLAIR,OLIVER and SCOTT.
24/5 Sent Threat of Legal Actions & Refusal of Doorstep Visit
6/6 Received letter from Blair. NOTICE OF INTENDED COURT ACTION
12/6 Sent Threat by Lender/DCA - To commence litigation template
29/6 Received letter form Moorcroft, saying it is a legal requirement to send a notice of inteneded litigation


Received intended litigation letter from Moorcroft. Going to send enough is enough template, as its going round and round like a circle!

You advised to sent EGG "cca query-illegible document received " template

EGG have replied , I hope you can read it. If not I am in trouble as I don't know how to make it bigger, just like the CCA they've sent.

I have also received a letter from ARC.
