Received a postcard from calders, saying they will call at the property on 27/6/2011 at 8am to 9pm

and further to Handy, does it actually say call AT. I had one previously I remember which was meant to make you think they were visiting but it didn't say call at, it said call....

Anyway I don't think they often do turn up it's just to make you shake a bit.

Ah it's one of those, just designed to make you call them. I've had them before and you know what, they don't call when they said they would, anyway!!

Hello Niddy!

Have sent CCA request to EGG Loan as you advised.

Received leeter from ARC dated 3/6/11.

ARC are such a pain, they asked me to request CCA from OC (Egg), and then straight away instructs TrevorMongs to send treat letter, saying they are preparing claim against me in Northampton Couty Court for recovery of debt.
Uploaded a copy of the letter in secure content/cca if you need to have a look.

Do I send Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To Commence Litigation?
