Absolutely not mate, not unless all my creditors are planning to gang up together on me to try an force my hand!

I just making the comparison that I have to be realistic and accept that from all the ones I am fighting (Because lets face it with the number of creditors and overall amount we are talking about,I must be one of your premier league players.. :red ) there will be a few that I will probably have to enter into payment negotiations with at some stage in the future. And the only way to walk away from the lot of them would be BR, but that route would be a disaster for me, in my position with the business and home ect.

      So we fight on.... rules....

Please do not ignore this letter or action may include legal action through the courts (I already have a letter from Halifax stating they are unable to enforce in court because they can't produce original CCA) Or we may refer your debt to a "Door Step Collection Agency" to carry out a collections visit at your home.

Also emailed this letter to Niddy for advice.
This is their final response, just ignore it. They will always dispute your allegations, failure to do so would result in account termination and write off of the balance! Muppets....

See what happens when they sell it (which will no doubt be the next choice for them!)....
