    Date commenced September 2005

    Approx balance £6300

    Defaulted March 2008, interest frozen and been making reduced payments

    Account owner Wescot currently writing to me


    16/04/2012 - CCA request sent to Wescott
    18/04/2012 - Letter sent 16/04/2012 received and signed for

              With resect to the MBNA card, if this was previously an Abbey or A&L card, I can be of some help with the date. Not that it really matters is if one of those there is 90% chance is UE

                Hi Oscar - I originally took it out with MBNA - although without any prompting I have always received settlement letters with a 50% discount, which makes me think something may be amiss with this one!
