Hello, I've updated my diary to include the fact that I've just recieved a letter from RBS saying my Mint account to Cabot. This is after 4+ years of not hearing anything (see diary). Do I start the request for CCA again?. I'm SB from December this year......

Was the agreement UE? Did you tell them it was in dispute? Seems you need to drag it out as long as possible, so any delaying tactics are a good idea, as for CCA I don't know hang on till someone else gives an opinion.xxxif you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
