It seems that there is a rock and a hard place with the forthcoming elections. You can register to vote and fulfil you democratic right and duty, but if you do you put your head above the parapet. No wonder there are millions missing on the electoral registers.

Do banks when giving you compensation have to pay this to you via either cheque or direct to bank?
RBS have awarded £120 compensation but are refusing to pay this via cheque and want to use it to clear the debt...
