    Contract Hire of a car

    Not sure where else to put this.......

    Or Son has fallen on hard times and is really struggling with his contract car hire payments.

    Is there any way he can get out of the contract?

    He is struggling to pay his rent and has young family.

    You need to check the contract, some state you can after x payments, couldn't really say much else than that.
