    2yrs ago i started a claim with shop direct re ppi reclaim,refused Then to FOS agin regected. I put it to the adjudicator refused again in a letter today.
    The expanation is detremental to the ins company
    1. not clear it was explained or wether i gave consent
    2.aviva says advise...

    Having received notification from RAC last week that my renewal premium would be over £200 for 2 vehicles , minus a "discount" (yeah right) which brought it down to £197, I have just joined the AA and RAC have lost my custom. Apparently their online deals are only for new customers....
