    Can't remember if that breaches any specific guidelines. They keep moving with the OFT etc taking varying attitudes.

    If you think it is irresponsible (I do), then by all means forward it with a complaint to the OFT et al.

        So that is what to do - call them, over and over again, from a public call box. Talk about the weather, or football, or politics, or just about anything to waste their time and increase their 'phone bill.
