    So the FCA is pledging to review the way debt collectors get paid on commission.

    It says they're going to assess how DCAs are "managing the risk that their reward arrangements could encourage potentially undesirable behaviours that might lead to poor outcomes for consumers".

    That's a highfalutin way of saying that DCAs relentlessly bully debtors to death (literally sometimes).

    We know that, what took them so long to figure it out?

      Did you also notice that Wonga is axing 300+ staff? I hope they include those puppets.
