    Its 12 for them to respond from when they recieve it. The +2 days assumes they have recieved it 2 days after you have posted it.

    I would wait for the PO site to update, it may be that they are just slow (I had this recently) alternativey, it could well be that they haven't had it yet.

    The creditor cant really respond until they have had your letter.

      I am still learning about everything. It really is nice to know that people on here dont mind just helping out on any question without making any snide remarks, I am always looking at the other sites and some people who answer are really quite rude and judgemental to some of the people asking for help.

        Hiya, don't chase them - basically they are now UE until such time they do respond, one way or another.....

        Just sit tight and ignore them, obviously update your thread if you hear anything......

              many thanks for adding the account, just been reading the latest to everyones diaries, the answers you give to everyone are fantastic, to be honest I am looking forward to receiving correspondance from my lists, hopefully they will or some will be UE, but to be able to respond to their threats with some good answers will be quite satisfying. Plenty of calls but I just ignore, then delete any messages, dont even bother to listen to what they say now.

                LOL, you won't look forward to the mail - when it starts, it really does start - seriously it'll do your head in cos it is very repetative and you send the same stuff a lot and go round in circles, even more!!

                  hi niddy,
                  I work from home so have plenty of time to run back and forth to post office, the only bit that is annoying is waiting for the recorded delivery paperwork, bit embarrasing handing over all these letters addressed to banks I am wondering if the lady who has served me both times thinks i am blackmailing them, not very good at it though as my address is on the back of the envelopes.

                    You'll do fine, just remember that the cost does soon add up - 65p or whatever per letter soon adds up with 4 accounts to fight! eeek! Best of luck, we're here for you when stuff starts to arrive....

                      Just read on MSE site Lloyds have put a hold on PPI claims, is there anything these greedy banks wont do to avoid paying people money they have cheated people out of.

                        I know, they are a nightmare - sod em, they have gone against the official guidance and will be punished accordingly (I hope) - sorry, that should read WE (tax payer) will be punished, cos of their f*ck ups!! I hate Lloyds with a passion....

                          hi niddy,
                          update letter from moorcroft re halifax account on hold while they request cca, asking what we will be relying on when giving evidence to court. will just ignore this. Monument cca received this looks pretty good for them, letter plus signed agreement plus 9 pages of t&cs do you need everything regarding monument or just the signed agreement will send as soon as you reply and I can get my son to show me how. have updated the diary, also read not to blank out name or account number its ok by me if that is correct.
