    Hi Casp,

Its Wescot Credit Services Ltd, and they are registered in Scotland despite the Hull address in Saltcoats in 1983.

Previous name Wescot Credit Services (Scotland) Ltd which always suggests to me a murky past. But I don't think they are worth the money to do the further searches on CH.

    regards
    Garlok

    Hi Mrs SnS,

Neslon Guest and Partners are the tame solicitors in league with or belonging to the Hull Heroes Wescot. They just about as intelligent as well.

    regards

In the circumstances we believe the dispute has now been resolved and the full balance or an agreed monthly instalment is required.

If in the event you believe you still have a valid dispute please contact us with the details within the next 14 days otherwise your account will be returned to our recovery team for collection'

Will I send out Refusal by DCA letter?

Cheers Niddy from a very soggy Scotland
Morning , sent out 'Enough is Enough' letter to Wescot about this one back in May. Letter in this morning from Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitors saying:-

'We are instructed by Wescot acting on behalf of RBS regarding the above outstanding balance. As a final attempt to avoid further action, Wescot is prepared to offer you a discount to settle your account.'

Offer is available for a ltd time and to call by 8/8/11 or offer will be withdrawn and further action will continue to recover the full outstanding balance.

Ignore??? Never heard of these guys before. Cheers

Having heard nothing for over the last 2 years Cabot have sent us a very nice letter. Explaining that the debt has now been sold to them and that as we have previously sent payment for our account direct to Debt Managers - NOPE got that bit wrong.

Will send out Account Sold letter and see if we get such a nice letter back

Anyway it is headed FINAL NOTICE and says that despite previous correspondence a balance is still outstanding, unless contact is made within the next 10 days they will send round doorstep collector or either Wescot or client taking legal action against us.

PAYMENT DUE BEFORE 22 JULY 2011

Not sure what to do with this one, they have not acknowledged any of the letters we have sent and now are sending letters to our old address, from 3 years ago, when they already know our current address!

Advice gratefully received as with this one

Cheers, away to enjoy the one day of sunshine we have
