Other letter is about this BOS cc. Sent Account Sold letter to Wescot and got a letter in today from BOS. They are sorry that we have had to complain!! Their records show that they have sent out the information twice to Iqor and Capquest and that there is a third request from Wescot currently being processed. They have studied our complaint but feel that the debt is enforceable and they will be contacting us for payment.

Will ignore this one as well

That's me up top date, hope everyone has a good weekend and not too much snow (nice and sunny up here, will now quietly disappear )

Got a statement from BOS on Saturday for this account and today got a letter in from Wescot, they have contacted BOS and have been informed that the matter was dealt with in the final response letter sent to us in April 2010 confirming that our complaint has been rejected and that all the relevant documentation had been provided.

Wescot believe that the dispute has been resolved, if we believe we still have a valid dispute to contact them within 14 days or our account will be returned to the rec overy team.

Just ignore until we hear from them again? Cheers guys and hope everyone had a good weekend

Well after receiving letter from BOS informing me that Westcot had the account I got a Notice of Assignment from Westcot a couple of day ago and today I got another letter from Wescot saying 'Despite a number of requests for payment, you have failed to agree and maintain an acceptable repayment plan on the above account. Therefore, this matter has been referred to our legal dept with a view to raising court action against you. It is in your best interest to settle this account prior to the commencement of legal proceedings and you should contact us on .......'

Wescot have had this one for about a year, until I got the Letter of Assignment I hadn't heard from them since March 2011, what do I send to them now????

Morning , hope everyone had a good weekend.

Well not to be left out I got a Letter of Assignation in the post today for the above account. Letter was from BOS informing me that Wescot are now managing this account. Had heard nothing about this one since March 2011.

Have been reading other threads about this and am I right in thinking that I can send out Account Sold letter, only Wescot had this account back in March 2011 and have already had Accout Sold letter.

Hi, just a quick update, been quiet, which we like

Letter in today from Iqor about Lloyds Acc No 2, Wescot have given up and passed it on. Will send out Account Sold and await a response.

Morning, morning. Letter in today from Wescot about Lloyds Acc No 3.

I had sent them Account Sold letter and they have responded by sending me a copy of my agreement, very kind of them. Bit strange because Lloyds previously sent out a reconstituted version because they could not find my original signed agreement.

Wescot have sent out another reconstituted agreement but the address they have put on this is different to the one that was on the Lloyds version.

Just ignore and see what they send out next?? Cheers

That is what I think is a bit weird, Wescot knew it was in dispute as they were chasing it last year and now they are the new owners.

One can get some idea of Wescot's madness or methods that they should buy an account they already know to be NBG.

Maybe we should start a Hall of Fame with all those accounts where collection activity has been discontinued or where they have admitted no CCA is available.
