Anyway got letter from them today, it is about LLoyds Online Loan - Account No 5, had been with Rob Way but they passed it back to Lloyds and have heard nothing since June.

Will just send out Account Sold letter, trust that is ok. Hope everyone fine and that Niddy has a fab holiday
Hi, Wescot gave up on this one after one letter , it has now been passed to Iqor. Letter in today, if I do not resolve matter immediately may commence court action, may send someone round to collect money personally etc etc. Usual threats n rubbish, loving the use of the red font though.

Will send out Account Sold n hope it has the same effect on them as Wescot

Yes I think thats OK Mrs SnS. Wescot and their letterheads for rent solicitors nelson Guest are a bit more persistent than a lot of them but they can be seen off don't worry.

Have had a few letters from Moorcroft since October about this credit card. They have sent our a copy of statements, awfully nice of them but had about 3 lots of these over time. Got in a letter this morning now enclosing a copy of cc application, also have many, many copies of this but they now believe that we are 'liable for this debt' and we have to contact them as to how we want to proceed.

What is the best letter to send out

Loving the New Template section, can't believe how much this site has changed since Niddy started it and how many people it has helped

    Re: The Scarednshakins UE Diary

Hi all been soooo quiet lately, but got a nice letter from Apex in today. It is about MINT credit card - balance £10456.96, have sent out Account Sold letter a month ago, this is there response.

'I write in response to your letter in which you advise this account is formally in dispute with RBS as they have failed to comply with your request for a copy of your consumer credit agreement s77-s79 of the CCCA 1974.

May I first apologise to you for the upset or inconvenience you believe may have been caused by our actions upon this account. I would ask you to understand we are dependent upon the quality of information supplied by our client RBS. I would confirm upon receipt of your complaint letter your account was placed on hold.

I would confirm that we have contacted RBS in regard to your allegation. The RBS have informed us that they fully complied with your CCA request on 21 June 2009 and completed a final response to you on 8 Oct 2010 in which they fully addressed your concerns regarding your CCA request.

Please be advised that an account is not deemed to be in dispute just because a consumer is not satisfied with a response. The lender (or third party) has a duty to investigate the complaint and be satisfied that they have addressed the concerns raised.

If you feel you have not received all the documentation requested I would ask you to details which documents you feel were not supplied to you in June 2009.

I therefore propose to place your account on hold for a further 28 days to give you time to evaluate our response. I would request you provide details of any missing documentation you feel has not been supplied by the RBSin relation to your CCA request.'

    Any response??????? Cheers as always
